HANGAR 21 - FULLERTON AIRPORT - 3815 W. Commonwealth Ave., Fullerton

“A CHARLIE BROWN WINTER FORMAL”

WHAT TO BRING! The only thing to bring to the dance is your student ID card or digital ID card for check-in.  If you are bringing a guest, they also need their ID to get in.

WHAT NOT TO BRING! Purses/bags - lotion, chapstick, makeup, gum, perfume, etc… will all be confiscated and may not be returned. Those needing to bring small purses or small bags will have delayed entry into the dance. All students will be searched by security personnel and walk through metal detectors.  All guests will also be evaluated by a passive, non-contact alcohol vapor detector prior to entering the dance to ensure their safety along with all others (required medication and phones are permitted).

TICKETS! All tickets are pre sold.  Absolutely no tickets sold the day of the dance or at the door.  Your ID card or digital ID card is your ticket; you will be scanned in. If you are bringing a guest, they will need to show their ID card and must check in with their SJHHS sponsor.

TIME/LOCATION! The dance is from 7:00pm-10:00pm at Hangar 21 at the Fullerton Airport.  Students should not arrive any earlier than 6:30pm.  All students must arrive by 8:00pm and students may leave the dance no earlier than 9:00pm.  ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BE PICKED UP BY 10:00! SEE PARKING & DROP OFF MAP

DRIVERS! Students driving will park in the designated parking lot and students dropped off at the designated drop off zone.  SEE PARKING & DROP OFF MAP.

WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL BE AT THE DANCE?  There will be  DJ Lil G & dancing, casino games: black jack, roulette, & poker, photo booths, billiard games (air hockey, pool, ping pong), churro carts, dessert and beverage stations, and seating throughout the venue. There is also a coat check, however, shoes cannot be checked in and must be worn at all times.

LIMOS/PARTY BUSES: Limos/Party buses carrying 15 or more passengers require a limo/bus contract.  Contracts are due to the ASB office by Friday, 1/23, at 1:30pm.  The contract requires a list of all student riders and a contact number for each rider.  All limos and party buses regardless of size will be searched upon arrival to the dance venue by district personnel.  Any inappropriate items found will delay or prevent  the whole party from entering the dance.  Parents. please inspect limos and party buses prior to your students boarding.

WHAT TO WEAR: It will be cold, as the event is mostly outdoors and in the large hangar, so please dress warmly. This is a formal dance so dresses, dress pants, shirt and tie, suits/tuxes are all acceptable.

BEHAVIOR: Students behaving inappropriately or unsafely will have to be picked up by their parents or guardians from the dance regardless of their mode of transportation to the dance.
