BONJOUR! ¡HOLA!

San Juan Hills High School offers students two foreign languages:  French and Spanish
 
To graduate from high school, students need either one (1) year of a world language or one (1) year of a fine art.  
 
California State University (CSU) and University of California (UC) require two (2) years of a world language, three (3) years recommended.

SEAL OF BILITERACY

SEAL OF BILITERACY

This program recognizes high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing one or more languages in addition to English. The State Seal of Biliteracy is awarded by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction in accordance with specified criteria set forth in the legislation..
 
For questions about the seal or to see if you qualify, talk to your World Language teacher or the SJHHS Guidance Office.
