IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Students must memorize their College Board user name and password to take their exam. Autofill will not work with the test app. Students that fail to memorize their login information, risk not being able to take their exam.
- Review the exam schedule and check-in times below. Students that arrive late (regardless of the reason) will not be permitted into the exam room and forfeit their opportunity to take the exam.
- When you arrive, report directly to the exam room to begin the check-in process. Do not hang out in the parking lot or around campus. Some exams have 275+ students. It is important we get everyone checked-in and in their assigned seat ASAP.
- Seating is assigned. Students will be notified of their assigned seat number upon check-in. You must sit in your assigned seat.
- Use the restroom before the exam and during the scheduled break. During the exam, we are only allowed to send one student to the restroom at a time. Students needing to use the restroom will be required to wait in line at the back of the room. Your exam clock is not paused, meaning this takes away from your exam time. If you finish an exam section early, please stay in your seat and use the restroom during the scheduled break. This leaves the restroom available for students that truely need it and do not have extra exam time to waste.
- Attendance will be automatically cleared for classes that occur during your AP exam(s). If you will not be attending other classes that day, you must complete the Early Release / Late Arrival Form to be excused from class. Here is an example:
You are taking the AP English Literature Exam on Wednesday, May 6th. Check-in begins at 7:30 am and the exam will end at approximately 11:15 am. We will automatically clear your attendance for periods 0, 1 and 3. If you plan to not attend 5th period, complete this form to be excused from 5th period. If you do not submit this form, you will be expected to attend 5th period and will be marked truant if you do not attend. If you end up not taking an exam, your attendance will be corrected and you will be considered truant if you do not attend all classes that day.
